Mornings are a special time at the Chalet. The sun's soft rays reach to the waters of Lake Suzanne and the turtles, favorite pets of our guests, begin their search for warmth as the herons and other wildlife prepare for the day.

To get you started, enjoy a fresh half grapefruit or your choice of juice, followed by our deliciously seasoned scrambled eggs with a touch of chives (prepared like none you've ever had!) accompanied by our delicate Swedish pancakes served with wild lingonberries (a Scandinavian treat!) and your choice of baked ham, bacon or country sausage patties...
